One of the major concerns with online Bible study is losing the sense of community. Those from different parts of the world, should still feel a sense of belonging to a church family; this is one of significant reasons that they join Bible study in the first place.
Our online members from all over the world should are just as important as our members who join in-person. Members who are online should still have chance to get to know each other and the church leaders. An effective way to do so can be creating a website where church members can send prayer request, leave comments, ask question, and share church-related content.
As church members become more involved, they will naturally start feeling as if they are part of the familyship of Christ within the church.
You should use Facebook, YouTube, or your church website to stream live videos of your Bible study lessons. Ensure that church services are easy for everyone to gain access. You will start reaching more online members when they have access to all church services, Bible studies, programs, and events. Your members and or potential members may live in other states but may prefer to attend online. It is very important to have strong online presence.
Not only will you reach a new audience, but also you will allow your members and potential members to have a chance to discover a new church.
