Light Of The World Ministries International is a Bible-Believer Church that acknowledges Jesus Christ is Lord. Our vision is to see every believer become a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through discipleship. We aim to help the church rediscover and practice personal relationship with God through effective prayer, Bible study and fellowship with Holy Spirit. We as the Body of Christ are in this journey together.
MISSION
Light Of The World Ministries International mission is to equip disciples for the Great Commission and meet the needs of people. Our mission is to win souls of the Kingdom Of God according to Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he that winneth souls is wise”.
BELIEFS
We believe in pursuing a lifestyle of inward and outward holiness. 2 Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14
We believe there is only one God and his name is Jesus Christ. “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD.” God is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (Spirit). “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Deuteronomy 6:4; Colossians 2:9
We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. “ And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” Acts 2:4
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Acts 2:38
We believe in the Great Commission, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of all nations with love and compassion. Matthew 28:19
